Instruction & Curriculum Delivery Plan, prepare, and deliver structured, high-quality instruction aligned with program goals and industry standards. Deliver instruction in a logical, sequential manner using effective teaching strategies that support diverse learning styles. Incorporate competency-based and hands-on learning experiences where appropriate. Practical Training Provide applied, real-world learning experiences that build student confidence and skill proficiency.

Demonstrate proper use of tools, equipment, and techniques relevant to the program area. Assessment & Student Support Evaluate student progress regularly and provide timely, constructive feedback. Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and skill attainment. Support student success through encouragement, guidance, and appropriate referrals to support services.

Classroom & Learning Environment Establish and maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment. Promote active participation, professionalism, and student engagement. Maintain appropriate classroom management to support effective learning. Safety & Compliance Model and enforce safe working practices at all times.

Ensure all instruction and activities comply with relevant safety standards and regulations. Provide ongoing instruction in health and safety practices. Professional Responsibilities Participate in required meetings, trainings, and program development activities. Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, technology, and instructional practices.
