Responsibilities

Assist senior plumbers with the installation and repair of plumbing systems according to building codes and schematics. Learn to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure accurate pipe and system placement. Handle basic pipe threading, cutting, fitting, and assembly using hand tools and power tools while adhering to safety standards. Support the maintenance and repair of existing plumbing systems, including troubleshooting issues on-site. Participate in construction site activities such as carpentry, remodeling, and HVAC system integration to gain broad field experience. Ensure compliance with safety protocols related to power tool use, welding, and pipe installation procedures. Help keep construction sites organized by managing tools, materials, and documentation efficiently.

Experience

No prior professional experience required; however, construction experience or familiarity with construction plumbing is a plus. Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, schematics, blueprint reading, and building code compliance is advantageous.
