Duties

• Assist experienced plumbers with installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems on construction sites
• Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to plumbing and HVAC systems
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding tools safely and effectively under supervision
• Support the assembly of piping systems, fixtures, and mechanical components during remodeling or maintenance projects
• Participate in site inspections, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications
• Help with measuring, cutting, fitting pipes, and performing basic math calculations for precise installations
• Contribute to general construction tasks such as carpentry work or handyman repairs as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or coursework in construction or plumbing is a plus
• Basic knowledge of construction practices and familiarity with construction site environments
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment preferred but not required
• Strong mechanical aptitude with an interest in learning plumbing systems and schematics reading
