Apprentice Plumber

Overview

As an Apprentice Plumber, you will work under the guidance of experienced plumbers, gaining hands-on experience in various plumbing tasks and projects. Responsibilities

• Assist plumbers with installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems.
• Learn to read and interpret blueprints and schematics related to plumbing layouts.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks.
• Support assembly and installation of plumbing fixtures as directed.
• Gain experience in soldering techniques applicable to plumbing systems.
• Assist in keeping a neat workspace
• Conduct basic math calculations for measurements and estimations on projects.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic plumbing equipment is advantageous.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of field service operations are beneficial.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new skills related to plumbing and general maintenance person tasks.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials as needed.
