Your Impact

* Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise for the design and delivery of plumbing systems across building and infrastructure projects * Lead multi-disciplinary project teams in the planning, design, and coordination of plumbing, fire protection, and fluid flow systems * Oversee and perform engineering review of design documents, specifications, and construction deliverables to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards * Manage project scope, schedule, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring high-quality and timely execution * Support and drive business development efforts, including client relationship management, proposal development, and identifying new opportunities * Mentor and develop junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning * Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver integrated design solutions across sectors such as commercial, healthcare, higher education, and mission-critical facilities Ensure adherence to WSP’s quality, safety, and compliance standards, including local, state, and federal regulations *

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing Engineering, or closely related discipline (or equivalent experience)
