Comfort Advisor - HVAC & Plumbing Sales

Advanced Heat, AC & Plumbing is seeking an experienced, motivated Comfort Advisor to join our growing team. We are looking for a sales professional with a minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience, with preference given to candidates who have in-home sales and HVAC sales experience. Plumbing sales experience is also a plus.

The ideal candidate is confident meeting with homeowners, building trust, identifying customer needs, and presenting solutions that deliver long-term comfort and value. A professional appearance, excellent communication skills, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and reliable transportation are required.

This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Our top performers earn $160,000-$200,000+ annually, with opportunities for advancement as our company continues to grow.
