We’re looking for a motivated, personable, and solutions-driven Comfort Advisor to work directly with homeowners and light commercial customers, guiding them through HVAC and plumbing solutions that genuinely fit their needs.

Position Overview

The Comfort Advisor is responsible for evaluating customer needs, presenting HVAC and plumbing solutions, preparing estimates, and helping customers move forward with confidence. This is a consultative, in-home advisory role that blends technical understanding, strong communication, and relationship-building.

Success in this role is not measured by pressure or gimmicks, but by customer satisfaction, ethical recommendations, and consistent follow-through.
