Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, valves, and drainage components using hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts in accordance with project plans.
• Perform welding and fabrication tasks as needed for custom pipe fittings or system modifications.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure plumbing installations adhere to building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues related to HVAC systems or other integrated building services.
• Operate heavy machinery such as pipe threaders or pipe benders safely on construction sites.
• Assist with remodeling, maintenance, and field service tasks across various commercial properties.
• Engage in heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for installation or repairs on construction sites.
• Read schematics and technical manuals to assemble or modify plumbing systems efficiently.
• Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, materials, and waste disposal in compliance with safety standards.
