WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY BE DOING

• Quotation Support: Assist with generating plumbing quotations, ensuring product matches to customer specifications and working with vendors for up-to-date pricing.
• Customer and Vendor Interaction: Handle high volumes of sales calls and direct calls within the department, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Project Assistance: Support Project Managers by processing transactions such as orders, quotes, or returns and managing smaller projects/jobs as assigned.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate job binders, ensure documentation is up-to-date, and follow all company policies and procedures.
• Team Collaboration: Serve as a backup to the Quotations Administrator, assist team members, and follow up on the status of purchase orders for existing orders.
