This position is commercial service only focused on diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing plumbing systems in large commercial facilities with complex plumbing infrastructure (for example: grocery stores like Publix, retail, large commercial buildings, and other high-demand facilities). This role is ideal for a service-minded plumber who enjoys troubleshooting, working independently in the field, and providing professional, customer-facing service—especially in environments that include mechanical rooms, multiple boilers, recirculating pumps, and a wide range of commercial valves and fixtures. What You’ll Do (Role & Responsibilities) Commercial Service & Troubleshooting * Travel to commercial job sites as scheduled for service and repair calls * Diagnose plumbing issues using strong service logic and step-by-step troubleshooting * Repair and maintain commercial plumbing systems and fixtures to restore operation quickly and safely * Communicate findings, recommended repairs, and next steps clearly to property managers, site contacts, and internal teams * Document work performed with accurate service notes, photos (when applicable), and job details
