Commercial Service Plumber

Professional Requirements

• At least two to three years of background in commercial or residential plumbing service is ideal.
• Possession of a valid Journeyman's License is mandatory.
• Proven ability to perform complex diagnostics and troubleshooting is essential.
• Experience working with gas piping, fixtures, storm drainage, sanitary waste, and domestic water systems is preferred.

Core Duties

• You will help ensure the functionality of plumbing systems by providing expert repair and maintenance services for residential and light commercial clients throughout the Bangor region.
• Your daily tasks will involve addressing emergency service requests, identifying the root cause of plumbing malfunctions, and executing necessary repairs or replacements for valves, piping, equipment, and fixtures.
• You will support the team by maintaining various gas, drainage, waste, and water systems while conducting routine preventative maintenance to prevent future issues.
• Foster positive relationships by providing clear, professional explanations of repair solutions and potential system upgrades to our customers.
