Customer Service Representative (Home service: Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical)

At ASTAR Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical, we believe every customer interaction matters. As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you'll be the first point of contact for homeowners seeking HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services throughout the DFW Metroplex.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism, enthusiasm, and empathy.
• Schedule service, maintenance, and installation appointments accurately and efficiently.
• Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, follow up with customers, and support company initiatives.
• Assist customers with questions regarding services, memberships, promotions, and scheduling.
• Resolve customer concerns while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer records and notes within company software systems.
• Coordinate with dispatchers, technicians, and managers to ensure smooth operations.
• Help maximize scheduling opportunities and maintain technician productivity.
• Meet department performance goals while maintaining outstanding customer service.

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service, call center, dispatching, or scheduling experience preferred.
• MUST HAVE: Home service industry experience (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical).
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help customers.
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
