*The Big Task:* You will diagnose and repair residential and some light commercial drain systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.

*Key Sub Tasks*

• Learn equipment and functions of our Sewer Dept (Open, Repair, or Replace).
• Complete drain cleaning, jetting, and cable work.
• Understand drain service criteria/duties and hold yourself accountable.
• Explain reasons for blockages and illustrate the different ways we resolve the issue.
• Educate and assist customers on the IMPORTANCE of sewer repair and replacements.
• Show yourself as a knowledgeable drain professional to win new leads & referrals.
• Learn basic aspects, processes, procedures, and departments of Maxwell-White.
• Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success.
