Responsibilities: What Will I Do?* Perform assigned service calls or in-shop repairs with professionalism and expertise. * Accurately complete required warranty paperwork. * Promote additional products, services, and service agreements to clients. * Track time and inventory daily. * Handle plumbing-related tasks when necessary. * Maintain clear communication with team members. * Properly care for company vehicle, tools, and equipment. * Meet performance goals and adhere to company policies. * Participate in ongoing training to advance your skills. * Obtain necessary certifications (we’re happy to help you get there!)
