Titan Mechanical is a growing HVAC and plumbing contractor specializing in multi-family residential construction across the DMV area. We are known for delivering high-quality, well-executed projects and are expanding our preconstruction team.

We are seeking an Experience Construction Estimator with multi-family plumbing experience who can deliver accurate, competitive estimates, support winning bids, and contribute to successful project outcomes.

Position Overview

This role is responsible for developing accurate, competitive, and compliant estimates for multi-family plumbing systems. The estimator will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with design intent, budget, and project requirements.

This position reports to the Director of Estimating and provides detailed, reliable estimates while adhering to Titan Mechanical’s estimating standards and procedures.

Success in this role means producing high-quality estimates, supporting a strong bid-win rate, and contributing to profitable project execution.

Core Responsibilities

Estimating & Takeoffs

• Perform detailed quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, and design documents
• Analyze plans to verify full scope coverage, identify risks, and flag inconsistencies or omissions
• Develop accurate labor and material estimates for plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with design intent, project requirements, and plumbing codes

Bid Preparation

• Solicit, evaluate, and compare vendor and subcontractor pricing to ensure accurate and competitive bids
• Level bids to ensure completeness and adherence to project scope
• Prepare and submit bid packages on schedule, including detailed documentation
