Experienced Plumber

E.F.Laudenslager is currently seeking a plumber who is skilled in new construction, additions, remodels as well as residential service work.

The applicant must be competent and able to lead a crew in plumbing rough-ins and finish work. Must be fluent in the code book and be able to properly perform system pressure tests. Must have good communication skills with inspectors, general contractors and onsite foremans. Must be well versed in reading blueprints.

Additional skills: Removing and setting tub and shower stalls. Replacement of vanities, faucets, toilets. Light electrical work for wiring lights, outlets and switches. Light carpentry work. Construction based problem solving skills for tough situations in remodels and retro-fits.

Minimum 5 years experience. MUST HAVE BOILER EXPERIENCE!

Journeyman or Master plumber's license is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
