Experienced Plumber Foreman

The role of Plumber Foreman is critical is to lead and develop a small crew in the safe, timely, and quality installation and inspection of plumbing systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

First Time Quality

• Efficiently manage first-time quality and code compliance through job site team as assigned by the job site Superintendent
• Perform daily quality inspections per RTMC Quality Standards, create punch lists
• Diligently track rework down to the individual contributor; individual training as required

Manage Installation to Work Scope and Specifications

• Execute production plans and schedules under the direction of the Superintendent. Includes manpower and safety.
• Manage the installation of Plumbing to the work scope, report piece rate and hourly to the Superintendent.
• Efficiently utilize labor and material through planning and leadership. Communicate change order needs to the Superintendent.
• Timely execution of the Daily Huddle in the absence of the job site Superintendent: Set expectations for quality and productivity needs with crews.
• Consistent involvement with the management of material usage, Staging and movement, jobsite inventory management, and equipment/tools as directed by the Superintendent.

Proactive Communication

• Professionally and effectively communicate with the Superintendent; punctually attend meetings as requested by the Superintendent, Sr. Superintendent or PM
• Diligently meet agreed-upon schedules and labor budgets as assigned
• Timely execution of the Daily Huddle in the absence of the job site Superintendent: Set expectations for quality and productivity needs with crews.
