Responsibilities

* Read blueprints, schematics, and building codes to determine optimal work procedures * Perform all phases of plumbing, heating, and sprinkler work * Install, repair, and maintain pipeline distribution systems * Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment * Perform routine preventative maintenance * Respond to work orders in a timely and efficient manner * Maintain professionalism with customers, office staff, and coworkers * Follow all safety policies and procedures

Requirements

* Valid drivers license * Ability to handle physical workload * Strong work ethic, organized, and self-motivated * Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills

Additional Requirements for Lead Mechanic Applicants

* Registered journeyman with 7+ years of experience * Full work gas qualification & operator qualification * Valid OSHA card
