Facilities Maintenance Plumber

This job assumes responsibility for maintaining the total hydrology, steam, gas and sewerage distribution systems throughout the company's facilities as assigned, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting, utilizing specialized test equipment and hand/power tools. Education

* Required - High School diploma or equivalent. * Preferred - Trade school training in Plumbing or Pipe Fitting.

Work Experience

* Required - 2 years Commercial or Industrial experience, to include experience reading specifications and Interpreting Schematics, Blueprints, and Mechanical Drawings, experience working with little supervision

Certifications

* Required - Current Louisiana State Journeymen Plumbers License in the state of practice. * Preferred - Medical Gas and Back-Flow Certification.

Other

* Required - Trade school training in plumbing or pipe fitting.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
