What You’ll Do Depending on future openings and your trade expertise, responsibilities may include: HVAC* Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems * Diagnose system issues and recommend solutions * Perform seasonal system checks and routine maintenance

Plumbing

* Install, troubleshoot, and repair piping systems, fixtures, and equipment * Perform diagnostic assessments for leaks, drainage issues, and system failures * Complete new construction, remodel, or service based plumbing tasks

Electrical

* Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components * Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and safety inspections * Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal electrical codes

What We’re Looking For

* Experience in one or more trades (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical) * Valid license, certification, or ability to obtain required trade credentials (preferred) * Clean driving record * Ability to pass a background check and drug test * Strong problem solving and customer service skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * A commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship
