Growth-Driven General Manager for Plumbing/HVAC

This is not an entry-level leadership role. We're seeking someone with a proven history of successfully managing a plumbing and/or HVAC company, building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and producing measurable business results.

What You'll Do

• Provide day-to-day leadership for all company operations.
• Develop and execute strategic plans that drive sustainable growth and profitability.
• Lead, coach, and mentor department managers while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) across all departments.
• Collaborate with ownership to establish company goals, budgets, and long-term initiatives.
• Improve operational efficiency while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent throughout the organization.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and safety standards are consistently followed.
• Analyze financial reports, operational metrics, and performance data to make informed business decisions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement scalable systems.
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented culture built on integrity, communication, and continuous growth.

QualificationsRequired

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a General Manager or higher executive leadership position within a plumbing and/or HVAC company.
• Must currently reside in or be based within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
