Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound door-to-door visits to prospective residential and commercial clients to promote HVAC and plumbing solutions
• Engage customers through warm calling techniques, establishing rapport and understanding their needs
• Present product and service benefits clearly, emphasizing value and quality to encourage purchase decisions
• Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and company goals are met
• Utilize sales technology tools such as Salesforce CRM software to track leads, update customer information, and manage follow-ups
• Follow up with potential clients via phone or email to nurture relationships and secure appointments or sales
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement outreach strategies that increase brand awareness in targeted neighborhoods

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, especially in telemarketing, technical sales, or B2B sales environments
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections confidently and professionally
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce Cloud for managing customer interactions and sales pipelines
