### Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, experienced Commercial Dispatcher to join our HVAC and Plumbing service team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to effectively coordinate field technicians, manage service calls, and ensure timely and efficient customer service for commercial clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Client Services team to ensure local and national accounts are effectively managed.
• Communicate with customers via phone daily, providing updates on technician arrival times, parts availability,

and proactively scheduling services for over a week in advance.

• Monitoring ongoing projects and jobs, ensuring accurate details are relayed to both customers and technicians.
• Take incoming calls, set up service work orders, and coordinate service schedules throughout the day.
• Work closely with the inside sales and operations teams to maintain an organized schedule and ensure effective

communication with customers.
