Role Description

We are hiring an HVAC/Plumbing Apprentice / Helper to assist our installation and maintenance teams while learning the HVAC trade.

This position is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in HVAC and gain hands-on experience with residential heating and cooling systems.

You will work alongside experienced technicians and installers while developing the skills needed to advance into a full technician role.

Required Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license or ability to obtain one
• Ability to perform physically demanding work
• Positive attitude and professional appearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous HVAC, construction, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical experience
• Trade school education
• EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Basic hand tool knowledge

What You’ll Do

• Assist lead technicians and installers with HVAC projects
• Help perform maintenance on residential HVAC systems
• Carry materials, tools, and equipment
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Learn installation, maintenance, and service procedures
• Assist with equipment startup and testing
• Help document completed work
• Follow company safety procedures and best practices
