This full-time position offers stable work. Some weekend and evening hours may be required.

YOUR ROLE

Get ready to meet new people, develop new connections, and forge new sales opportunities! In this role, you speak directly with clients to understand their plumbing or water treatment needs. Keeping customer service at the forefront, you answer questions and make our clients feel heard. You come up with solutions for our clients' problems and collaborate with field technicians to thoroughly implement these solutions. Your main goal is total customer satisfaction, and you follow up with the client to ensure they're happy with our work. By demonstrating the value of partnering with us, you contribute to repeat business and encourage each client to spread the word about our company!
