DSG is seeking a Plumbing & HVAC Inside Sales Associate in our South Sioux City, NE location. In this full time, hourly position, work is typically perfomed between the hours of 7am and 4pm, Monday through Friday. As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for writing orders, taking calls, preparing project bids, and providing overall customer service. *At DSG, we are dedicated to building futures one job at a time. By continuing to empower the future of our vendors and customers, we will empower a future of ongoing success for all of us.* A Typical Day in the Life of a Plumbing & HVAC Inside Sales Associate at DSG:* Serve as a primary facilitator for customer orders * Assist customers in a professional manner with product inquiries * Write (and occasionally assist to fill) orders accurately and in a timely manner * Generate customer quotations and follow up on quotes requested * Provide trouble-shooting and technical support * Work with other sales team members to resolve customer service issues in a timely manner * Restock the counter area according to product brand and location * Monitor product inventory and cull damaged product * Maintain a clean and appealing counter display area * Identify and encourage the sale of additional products as applicable * Continue ed...
