Journeyman Pipefitter

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyman Pipefitter to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining piping systems across various construction and manufacturing sites. Duties

• Install, assemble, and repair piping systems using various techniques including MIG welding, FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), TIG welding, soldering, and pipe threading.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications.
• Perform welding tasks adhering to ASME codes & standards for pipelines, HVAC systems, fire sprinkler fitting, and other piping applications.
• Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and other measuring devices to ensure precise pipe fitting and assembly.
• Conduct maintenance on existing piping systems by troubleshooting issues and performing repairs in accordance with safety regulations.
• Rigging and lifting heavy materials safely on construction sites or manufacturing facilities.
• Bending tubes and pipes to required angles using specialized tools for custom installations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining high safety standards.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, including inspections, repairs, and modifications for compliance purposes.
