Journeyman (Pipefitter, Welder B, Millwright, Ductworker)

Reports To: Foreman Experience: 2–5 years

#### Role Summary

Executes trade work independently and consistently per drawings and schedule.

#### Core Responsibilities

• Perform installation and fabrication per plans
• Maintain personal hand tools
• Identify and report scope or drawing conflicts
• Support Apprentice Level Personnel as assigned

#### Pay Band

* Negotiable (Hourly + Overtime)

Quality: Rework rate* 3% per project * Productivity: Meets assigned production targets * Safety: Zero safety violations * Independence: Requires minimal daily supervision
