Position Overview

As a Journeyman Plumber, you'll perform plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations for residential rental properties. You'll work closely with our property management team to ensure homes remain safe, functional, and well-maintained for our tenants.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances
• Install, repair, and replace water heaters, faucets, toilets, sinks, and piping
• Perform routine maintenance and preventative inspections
• Respond to plumbing service calls in occupied and vacant residential properties
• Troubleshoot leaks, clogs, drainage issues, and water supply problems
• Coordinate plumbing repairs with property management and maintenance staff
• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and accurately document completed work
• Occasionally travel between properties in the Oshkosh and Green Bay areas,

Qualifications

• Wisconsin Journeyman Plumber License (or eligible recent graduate)
• Experience in residential plumbing preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• General knowledge of residential plumbing systems and repairs
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
