Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in accordance with construction plans and schematics
• Read blueprints and schematics to determine layout and installation procedures for plumbing systems
• Work with gas piping systems safely, adhering to all safety regulations and local building codes
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete installations and repairs efficiently
• Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for construction site work while maintaining safety standards
• Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on plumbing systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings
• Follow construction plans accurately and adapt to changes or modifications as needed during project execution

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Journeyman Plumber with a strong background in construction plumbing and building code compliance
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical principles, and pipe threading techniques
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans effectively
