Journeyman Plumber

is a fast-growing bathroom remodeling company. We need a Journeyman Plumber with excellent communication skills, experience, attention to detail, and savvy to handle bathroom plumbing tasks including rough-ins, trim outs, customer service, jobsite management, among others.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need to be able to work in a job site setting, be self-motivated with a high urgency to help others, communicate well, and be highly organized. We are looking for an individual who isn’t afraid to work hard with minimal direction and to take initiative to improve processes. Residential plumbing experience is required. The right individual will play a key part in the expansion of this company and will have the opportunity to grow as the company grows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS (Essential Functions)

• Be a responsible and friendly point of contact for customers
• Install plumbing fixtures and supply/drain/vent pipes
• Become an expert and train others on our products and installation techniques
• Troubleshoot and communicate any changes to labor or materials needs
• Maintain and operate company tools and vehicles in a safe manner
• Keep jobsites and materials clean, safe, and damage-free
• Complete all required documentation completely and accurately
• Ensure customer satisfaction and generate positive reviews
