About the Role

As a Residential Service Plumber, you will diagnose, repair, maintain, and install residential plumbing systems while delivering an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

Work Schedule

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
• Perform installations, maintenance, and service work on water, drain, and gas systems
• Present repair and replacement options clearly and professionally
• Build trust and strong relationships with homeowners
• Complete accurate invoices, notes, and documentation
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory
• Collaborate with dispatch and office staff to ensure excellent customer service
• Follow all safety procedures and plumbing codes

Qualifications

• Minnesota Journeyman Plumbing License required
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Highly motivated and dependable
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Ability to pass background screening and applicable drug testing.

Compensation

$100,000 to $250,000+ annually based on performance
