Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems on construction sites and remodeling projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise plumbing layouts
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading machines to complete installations and repairs
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Collaborate with construction teams, carpenters, HVAC specialists, and other trades to coordinate project timelines and ensure seamless integration of systems
• Utilize basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and layout planning necessary for accurate installation

Requirements

• Valid Journeyman Plumbing license or certification recognized by local authorities
• Proven experience in construction plumbing, site work, or mechanical installation in a commercial or industrial setting
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding techniques, and schematics interpretation
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in physically demanding environments
• Strong understanding of construction site safety protocols and building codes
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for commercial driving tasks if required
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations; carpentry or handyman experience is advantageous
