We're looking for a licensed Journeyman Plumber who shares those values and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

What You'll Do:

As a Journeyman Plumber, you'll be responsible for performing a wide variety of residential plumbing work while representing Excel Plumbing professionally in our customers' homes.

Responsibilities include

• Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain residential plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Perform water heater, fixture, piping, drain, and water service installations and repairs.
• Complete remodel and light new construction plumbing projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and applicable plumbing codes.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and determine the most effective repair solutions.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, explaining findings and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate job documentation and complete work orders.
• Safely operate company vehicles and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and Washington State plumbing regulations.
• Work collaboratively with office staff, contractors, inspectors, and other trades when needed.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State Journeyman Plumber License.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• At least one year of experience as a licensed journeyman plumber preferred.
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and repair techniques.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand plumbing codes.
