Journeyman Plumber – Foreman (Multifamily Construction – Celina, TX)

We are looking for a dependable, skilled Journeyman Plumber Foreman to join our team for an active multifamily project in Celina, TX. Your primary responsibility is to supervise our plumbers, ensure work is performed cleanly, safely, and according to plans, codes, and inspection requirements, and keep the project moving by coordinating directly with the project manager and superintendent.

This role is supervisory, with hands‑on work only when required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead on‑site plumbers; delegate daily tasks and maintain productivity
• Ensure all plumbing work meets plans, codes, and inspection requirements
• Oversee all phases of plumbing work — planning, installation, inspection, and cleanup
• Review blueprints with management to confirm scope, timelines, and expectations
• Coordinate with general contractors, superintendents, architects, and engineers
• Manage materials, equipment usage, and ordering to keep workflow uninterrupted
• Document progress for compliance, billing, and schedule tracking
• Enforce jobsite safety protocols and conduct safety checks
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Perform hands‑on plumbing work only when necessary to support the crew
