Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation and troubleshooting.
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete plumbing tasks effectively.
• Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate work schedules and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment while maintaining proper safety protocols.
• Conduct routine maintenance on plumbing systems and assist with remodeling or renovation projects as needed.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to HVAC systems or other building infrastructure components.

Experience

• Proven experience working on construction sites with a solid understanding of construction plumbing practices.
• Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams related to plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Hands-on experience with welding, pipe threading, assembly, and the use of various hand tools and power tools.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, schematics, carpentry basics, and general maintenance procedures.
