Journeyman Plumber – Field Service Technician, Commercial + Residential work

Pay: $38–$50 per hour (based on experience)

We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has strong field experience, can work independently when needed, and collaborates effectively with apprentices and other team members on larger projects.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings
• Perform service calls, troubleshooting, and maintenance work
• Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications
• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Plumbing License
• Proven field experience in service, repair, and installation
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable leading or working alongside apprentices and helpers
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
