Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites and commercial buildings
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute plumbing layouts and system designs
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete installations and repairs efficiently
• Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols
• Collaborate with project managers, electricians, HVAC technicians, carpenters, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues early and perform necessary maintenance or upgrades
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and compliance with building codes and safety standards

Requirements

• Valid Journeyman Plumber license issued in the specified location (e.g., <LOCATION>)
