Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to execute precise plumbing installations.
• Perform pipe threading, welding, and assembly of plumbing components using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
• Ensure all work adheres to local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards for plumbing and gas piping systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of plumbing issues on construction sites or in existing facilities.
• Collaborate with other trades such as carpentry and HVAC technicians to coordinate installation processes on complex projects.
• Lift heavy materials safely during construction or remodeling projects while following proper safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including schematics updates and compliance reports.

Experience

• Proven construction site experience with a focus on residential or commercial plumbing projects.
• Extensive knowledge of construction plumbing systems, building code compliance, and schematic reading.
• Skilled in welding, pipe threading, assembly, remodeling, and maintenance tasks related to plumbing.
• Familiarity with gas piping systems and HVAC integration is highly desirable.
