Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in residential and commercial buildings
• Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to execute projects accurately
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete installations and repairs efficiently
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards for quality assurance
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on gas piping systems, and mechanical systems
• Conduct field service tasks such as pipe fitting, remodeling projects, assembly work, and heavy lifting as needed
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections completed to ensure accountability

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Journeyman Plumber with a strong background in construction plumbing and residential systems
• Demonstrated knowledge of building code compliance, schematics reading, and blueprint interpretation
