Journeyman Plumber

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction plumbing ,service plumbing, gas systems and site installation. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across commercial and residential projects. The Journeyman Plumber will work closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. A comprehensive understanding of schematics, blueprint reading, and HVAC systems is preferred to support diverse project requirements and must know how to use a backhoe, skid steer etc.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with blueprints, schematics, and building codes
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to execute projects accurately
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques for installation tasks
• Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely on construction sites
• Conduct maintenance and troubleshooting of plumbing systems in commercial or residential settings
• Assist with remodeling, renovation, and field service tasks as needed
• Collaborate with team members on construction sites to ensure project deadlines are met
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times
• Perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimations
• Operate construction machinery or vehicles if required for site access or material transport

Requirements

• Valid Journeyman Plumber license
• Proven experience in construction plumbing, site installation, or related fields
• Knowledge of welding, pipe threading, HVAC systems, and mechanical components
