Position Summary

We’re seeking licensed Journeyman Plumbers to join our growing team. This role involves hands-on installation, teamwork, and supporting lead plumbers on a range of commercial and residential jobs. Excavator and skid experience is a big plus. If you take pride in your work, are eager to learn, and want to grow with a company that values its people—you’re exactly who we’re looking for.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in all phases of plumbing installation—from underground to finish
• Work on commercial, multifamily, and residential job sites
• Follow blueprints and code requirements
• Communicate with foremen, contractors, and other trades
• Maintain clean and safe job sites
• Help train apprentices and develop leadership skills over time

Requirements

• Current Iowa Journeyman Plumbing License
• Experience in commercial or multifamily plumbing (preferred but not required)
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
• Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
