Journeyman Plumber

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyperson Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in plumbing, with a strong understanding of both residential and commercial systems. This role requires a hands-on approach, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Journeyperson Plumber will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems while ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to complete plumbing tasks.
• Perform field service calls to address plumbing issues promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential problems or necessary repairs.
• Lift heavy materials and equipment as required during installation or repair tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Journeyperson Plumber with a valid plumbing license.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various plumbing issues.
• Experience in commercial driving is preferred for transporting tools and materials to job sites.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with plumbing work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
