Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, valves, and appliances on construction sites or during remodeling projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts.
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
• Collaborate with construction teams, carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other trades to coordinate project activities effectively.
• Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols.
• Read basic math measurements for precise cuts and fittings; utilize schematics for complex system layouts.
• Execute maintenance tasks on existing plumbing infrastructure to ensure optimal operation.
• Assist in remodeling projects by installing new plumbing fixtures or upgrading existing systems.
• Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues related to water supply, drainage, or HVAC-related plumbing components.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used; adhere to safety standards at all times.
