Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to execute plumbing projects accurately
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding tools to complete tasks efficiently
• Perform remodeling and renovation work involving plumbing components
• Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and determine appropriate solutions
• Heavy lifting of materials and equipment required for installations and repairs
• Collaborate with construction teams on-site to ensure project timelines are met
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following OSHA guidelines and safety protocols

Skills

• Must have a journeyman or higher license.
• Knowledge of construction site safety practices and building codes
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during installations or repairs
