Lucky Dog Sewer & Drain is a veteran-owned drain cleaning company launching in the Minneapolis West Metro. We started Lucky Dog because we believe technicians should be trusted to solve problems with integrity.

We're looking for an experienced Founding Lead Drain Technician who wants to help build a high-integrity business from the ground up, shape our culture, and lead by example.

What You'll Do

• Help build a high-performance culture and set workmanship standards
• Help hire and mentor future technicians as we grow
• Perform residential and light commercial drain cleaning
• Operate drain cleaning machines, sewer cameras, and jetters
• Diagnose drain and sewer issues honestly and professionally
• Clearly explain findings and recommendations to customers
• Show up on time to appointments with the right attitude and equipment

Qualifications

• 2+ years of drain cleaning experience preferred
• Experience with drain machines, jetters, and sewer cameras
• Professional communication and customer service skills
