Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance activities on construction sites, ensuring adherence to blueprints, schematics, and safety standards.
• Read and interpret detailed construction drawings, schematics, and technical manuals to accurately execute plumbing layouts.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure seamless integration of plumbing systems within overall construction plans.
• Perform pipe threading, welding, assembly, and installation of piping systems using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment.
• Conduct construction estimating for plumbing components and materials needed for projects to ensure accurate budgeting and resource allocation.
• Oversee field service operations including troubleshooting mechanical issues related to HVAC systems or other mechanical components connected to plumbing infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and industry standards through regular inspections and quality control checks.
• Mentor junior plumbers by providing technical guidance on construction plumbing techniques, schematics reading, and the use of specialized tools.
