As we continue growing, our goal is for this position to evolve into a Plumbing Manager or Plumbing Service Manager role for the right person.

Compensation

• Performance-based compensation
• Expected earnings: $100,000–$150,000+ annually
• No income ceiling for top performers

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
• Present customers with honest repair and replacement options
• Perform high-quality plumbing service and installations
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Help establish best practices and operating procedures for our new plumbing department
• Work closely with ownership to build a department you're proud to be part of
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle
• Mentor future plumbing technicians as the department grows

What We're Looking For

• Several years of residential plumbing experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service
• Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a leadership mindset
• Someone who wants to build a career—not just collect a paycheck
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
