is one of the fastest-growing residential home service companies in the Tampa Bay area, and we're launching our plumbing division.

We're not looking for someone who simply wants another plumbing job.

We're looking for someone who wants to help build something.

This is an opportunity to become the foundation of our plumbing department and grow into a leadership role as the department expands. If you've ever wanted the chance to help shape how a plumbing department operates—from culture and standards to processes and growth—this is that opportunity.

As we continue growing, our goal is for this position to evolve into a Plumbing Manager or Plumbing Service Manager role for the right person.

Compensation

• Performance-based compensation
• Expected earnings: $100,000–$150,000+ annually
• No income ceiling for top performers

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
• Present customers with honest repair and replacement options
• Perform high-quality plumbing service and installations
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Help establish best practices and operating procedures for our new plumbing department
• Work closely with ownership to build a department you're proud to be part of
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle
• Mentor future plumbing technicians as the department grows

What We're Looking For

• Several years of residential plumbing experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service
• Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a leadership mindset
• Someone who wants to build a career—not just collect a paycheck
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
