Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a driven, self-motivated professional who takes pride in their craftsmanship, enjoys working directly with homeowners, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and motivated by performance, growth, and continuous improvement.

Experience installing residential water treatment systems is required for this role. In addition, we are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, professionalism, and a commitment to doing quality work.

What You'll Do

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot residential water treatment systems
• Install whole-home water filtration systems and 5-stage reverse osmosis (RO) systems
• Perform service and maintenance work as needed
• Maintain installation quality standards and ensure jobs are completed correctly the first time
• Deliver exceptional customer service while working in clients' homes
• Manage truck inventory, tools, and job materials
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle
• Work with team members to achieve weekly and monthly goals
• Help improve installation systems and processes as the company continues to grow

Qualifications

• Experience installing whole-home filtration and reverse osmosis systems preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• *Active Tennessee LLP, Journeyman, or Master Plumber license required*

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 100 pounds
• Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and work with hand tools throughout the day
• Comfortable working in crawlspaces, garages, utility rooms, and other residential installation environments
