Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine layout requirements.
• Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople, including HVAC technicians and carpenters, to complete projects efficiently.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively in various work environments.
• Perform remodeling tasks as needed to enhance plumbing systems or accommodate new installations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used on each job site.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems and components.
• Proficiency in reading schematics and blueprints for effective installation and repair work.
• Familiarity with basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively in various settings.
• Experience in maintenance person tasks beyond plumbing is beneficial for versatile project execution.
• Knowledge of remodeling techniques to improve or modify existing plumbing setups.
• A valid driving license is required for transportation to job sites.
